1. About the service

KweedeeHost is operated by Kweedee Ltd (Ireland, registration number 734723). KweedeeHost helps short-term rental hosts track their real net profit by combining revenue, platform fees and expenses.

The figures shown by KweedeeHost are estimates to help you manage your activity. They are not financial, accounting or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own declarations and decisions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use KweedeeHost. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Free trial, plans and billing

New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no commitment. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription on one of our plans. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars and may be billed monthly or annually.

Where applicable, taxes such as VAT are added according to your country. We issue an invoice for each payment. Annual plans are billed once for the year.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use the service during the trial or after subscribing, you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately, which may affect that right once the service has been fully provided.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of third-party rights.

6. Your data and content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data so we can provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party platforms

KweedeeHost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or any other platform. When you connect an iCal calendar, prices and revenue are estimated, because those calendars do not carry pricing. You should verify the figures against your own records.

8. Intellectual property

The KweedeeHost software, design, brand and content are owned by Kweedee Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the figures are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law, giving notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The competent courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to inform you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
